Game 3: Team Wasted Talent vs. Red Stallion
Wasted Talent scores 1 in the top of the 1st while Red Stallion scores 2 in the bottom, with Tom Jacob doubling for the Stallions. Wasted Talent evens the score in the top of the 2nd, and Red Stallion has no answer in the bottom. Wasted Talent goes down in order in the top of the 3rd, while Red Stallion takes a commanding 5-2 lead in the bottom of the inning, with Chris Crookham doubling and Tom Jacob clearing the bases on a 3 run blast. Wasted Talent ties it up in the top of the 4th, with Ross Choate smacking an RBI double and then Ant Russo blasting a 2 run homer. In the bottom of the 4th, Red Stallion retakes the lead 8-5 with Brett Broderick doubling. Score is now 8-5, Red Stallion. In the 5th, Wasted Talent makes it close again by scoring 2 on singles and sac flies from Matt Schwartz and James Gillespie. In the bottom of 5, Tom Jacob will blast another over the fence, and along with a few singles Red Stallion with add 2 more to their lead, 10-7. Ry Cartwell will add a solo shot in the 6th for Team Wasted Talent, and that, along with another run on singles will be the last of their scoring. Red Stallion adds 3 more in the 6th, and the game ends 1-2-3 in the top of the 7th. Red Stallion wins 13-9.
