Game #1 – Knuckleheads vs. Carroll’s

Knuckleheads get rolling in the first with a two run single from John Kiefer. Calvin Radcliff will smash a three run bomb to give them a 5-0 lead early. Chris Hackney knocks in a run on a triple and Steph Farrar an RBI single in the second as the lead is at seven after two innings of play. Another inning and another big inning for Knuckleheads. Jess Faller will smash a solo bomb, and Bill Brancato clears the bases with a triple as they are pulling away easy in this one. This game will end early with five more runs late. Knuckleheads win 19-3.

Game #2 – Mott-Ley Crew vs. Muckdogs

Crew grabs the first run of the game on an RBI double from CJ Motts. Muckdogs get three runs back on a Roger Ayala RBI single as well as an Eric Schade RBI single. This lead would be shortlived as Crew score six runs in the third to take the lead back. Greg Reilly gets it started with an RBI single, followed by a Carl Motts RBI triple and Jon Duchette RBI double. Muckdogs come out with a big response with seven runs of their own. James Rundatz and Jeff Kulp have back to back doubles to net them three runs while Brielle Eve clears the bases with a double. Crew come back and tie this up in the fourth. Reilly had another RBI, this time a double, followed by a Jon Motts RBI single and CJ Motts sac fly. Crew would take the lead in the sixth on a J. Motts two run triple. They would pad their lead in the seventh and never look back. Porter ended Muckdogs hopes with a three run nuke into the woods.

Game #3 – The Maize vs. Mott-Ley Crew

Gary K gets the scoring started with a two run double to give Maize the early lead in this one. Crew responds right in the bottom of the inning and keeps their hot hitting going from their first game. CJ Motts nets a run on a triple and a few batters later Kevin Motts smashes a three run bomb. Brady M and Lauryn G smash back to back RBI doubles as they lead 8-1 after one inning of play. Carl Motts gets into the action with a two run double in the second as Crew continue to keep the pressure on. Jon D and Kevin Motts net RBI doubles in the inning as well. Crew are going to send Maize home early in this one with another big inning in the fourth. CJ Motts smashes a two run bomb while Brady M smashes a grand slam. Kaelyn Motts will also knock in two runs on a triple. Crew win 23-4.

Game #4 – Dugout Demons vs. Wackers

The last game of the night will get started and we will fast forward to the third inning as we still sit at a 0-0 game. Demons will strike in the top of the first, with three straight RBI singles from Tom Koelzer, Hanna Jimenez and Ryan Goodman. Wackers will get their first runs in the fourth, with an RBI single from Alex Amador. Koezler was back at it again for Demons in the fifth, smashing a two run bomb deep into the woods. Bill Shallcross and Jake Haber add back to back singles a couple of batters later. Dan Vescovi gets into the action with a three run bomb of his own for Wackers as they try and stage a late comeback. Demons will add some insurance runs in the seventh with a two run double. Wackers will get a two run bomb from CJ Brancato, but that is all they can push across in the last inning and will fall in this one. Demons win 13-7.
