Game 1: Hagan’s Heroes vs. Reap What You Sow

HH takes the early lead in the top of the first with six runs thanks to a two run double by Phil Lipton and a Bryan Peterman two run triple. RWYS answers with five runs on singles in the bottom of the first. RWYS adds another run in the bottom of the fifth. HH plates another run in the top of the sixth. John Erb blasts a three run homer for RWYS in the bottom of the sixth. Reap What You Sow tops Hagan’s Heroes, 11-7.

Game 2: Smokin Bunts vs. Man Bear Pigs

SB gets on the board with a run in the top of the third. Steve S rips an RBI double for MBP in the bottom of the fifth. MBP bats around in the bottom of the sixth to get eight runs on walks and singles. SB rallies for four runs in the top of the seventh with a two run homer by Shane Stew. Man Beat Pigs gets by Smokin Bunts, 10-6.

Game 3: Man Bear Pigs vs. No Show

A double by Josh Owens helps MBP plate four runs in the top of the first. NS answers with two runs in the bottom of the first. Dan Vescovi smashes a three run homer for MBP in the top of the second. Derek Strowhouer smokes an RBI double for NS in the bottom of the third. Singles lead to four runs for MBP in the top of the fourth. NS puts up three runs in the bottom of the fifth thanks to a Charlie P RBI triple. MBP bats around in the top of the sixth to score five runs thanks to an RBI double by Dan Vescovi. Derek Strowhouer smashes an RBI triple for NS in the bottom of the sixth. Man Bear Pigs takes the first game, 24-11.

Game 4: No Show vs. Man Bear Pigs

NS bats around in the top of the first to put up seven runs on errors, singles, and a two run homer by Derek Strowhouer. NS adds six runs in the top of the second on errors, singles, an RBI double by Will, and a Derek Strowhouer RBI triple. Steve S gets a three run triple for MBP in the bottom of the second. MBP bats around in the bottom of the fifth to score seven runs on three run homers by Katie Cherba and TJ M. MBP bats around again in the bottom of the sixth to push nine runs across on errors, singles, and back to back homers by Casey C and Josh O. NS rallies for three runs in the top of the seventh. Man Bear Pigs out slug No Show, 21-17, to win the second game and the B championship.
