Katie Cherba and Chris Hackney did a masterful job of drafting a cohesive, never-give-up squad that fought to the bitter end. In the winner's bracket game against defending champs Team 7 (Pane/Detwiler) Team 3 prevailed in an epic battle. Both teams would face each other again in the finals. It took every bit of 9 innings for Team 3 to dispose of Team 7 with 14-13 being the final tally. This will go down as one of the most exciting 1-pitch tourney on record. Congrats to Katie and Chris and the rest of Team 3.

Yes! The plan is to have them completed and posted in the next couple of days. My wife has been in and out of the hospital since August with 2 major surgeries since September 8th. I have not been able to keep my finger on the pulse of the league like I would under normal circumstances. I offer this not as an excuse, but an explanation. My apologies to tourney participants.
