Game 1: Smokin Bunts vs. Hagan’s Heroes

A leadoff double by Jay Muir nets HH a run in the bottom of the first. A double by TJ M helps SB get on the board with two runs in the top of the second. HH bats around in the bottom of the second to score seven runs with two run homers by Phil LIpton and Chris Hackney. HH picks up five runs in the bottom of the third thanks to doubles by Jay Muir and Ron Pulli. A lot of walks lead to six runs for HH in the bottom of the fourth. Hagan’s Heroes makes quick work of Smokin Bunts, 19-2.

Game 2: Smokin Bunts vs. Man Bear Pigs

SB scores three runs in the top o the first thanks to a double by TJ M, and a Kev J RBI triple. MBP bats around in the bottom of the first to push eight runs across on singles, and a three run homer by Justin Glennon. SB puts up six runs in the top of the fourth with two run doubles by Derrick H and TJ M, and a Kev J two run homer. Katie Cherba smokes a two run double for MBP in the bottom of the fourth. Man Bear Pigs smokes the Smokin Bunts, 15-13.

Game 3: Monsters & Menthols vs. No Show

Tyler Wolfe blasts a two run homer for MAM in the top of the first. NS answers with a run in the bottom of the first. MAM plates six runs in the top of the second thanks to a three run double by Jarrett Kerns, and a Tyler Wolf two run homer. Two runs cross the plate for NS in the bottom of the third thanks to a two run double by Derek Strowhouer. Tyler Wolf jacks a solo homer for MAM in the top of the fifth. Sean Nonemacher rips an RBI triple for MAM in the top of the sixth. Monsters & Menthols beat up on No Show, 15-5.

Game 4: Reap What You Sow vs. Monsters & Menthols

Ross Anderson rips a two run double for RWYS in the top of the first. MAM answers with three runs in the bottom of the first on a Sean Nonemacher double. Brandon Birkhead jacks a two run homer for RWYS in the top of the third. RWYS bats around in the top of the fourth to score seven runs on singles, doubles by Ryan C, Ross Anderson, and Dave G, and a Brandon Birkhead RBI triple. Singles net RWYS seven runs in the top of the sixth. MAM rallies for four runs thanks to an RBI double by Eric S. Reap What You Sow takes care of Monsters & Menthols, 21-7.
