Game #1 – Mott-Ley Crew vs. Hattricks

Crew gets rolling with three runs on a Brady Mengal RBI double and RBI singles from Kevin Motts and Tom Finn. Hattricks get three back in the bottom of the inning from a Rob S RBI single and Erik Stalford two run double. Crew will double up their lead over the course of the next two innings. Greg Reilly will net a run on a triple while Brady Mengal smashes a two run bomb. Mengal would also smash a two run bomb in the third. Crew would get an RBI single from Sam N and Stephanie G making this an 11-6 game after three innings of play. This is where Crew would take off getting nine runs in the fourth. CJ Motts would smash a three run bomb, Carl Motts would score a run on a triple and Reilly would get another run on a single. There hot hitting would continue getting two more homers over the course of the rest of the game, a two run bomb from Brady and a solo bomb from Larissa Motts. Crew run away with this game and win 28-9.

Game #2 – Dugout Demons vs. Flour Power

Demons bat around in the first inning and score eight runs in total to jump up to an early lead. Tom Koezler, Ben Razzi, Kayla Diamond and Phil Black all have RBI singles, while Nonny smashes a bases clearing triple. Flour Power will need to dig deep in this one and grab two runs in the first on a Nik L two run single. Koelzer would send a moonshot to the warning track to net another run for Demons in the third as they would lead 9-4. Flour would score four runs in the fifth on a Joe M RBI double and Nik L RBI single. Flour Power would struggle at the mound in the sixth as they would draw eight walks in the inning leading to five runs. Nonny added another bases clearing triple as he continues to come up short on the pursuit of homers. Demons would run away late with this and win 21-8.

Game #3 – Carroll’s vs. Knuckleheads

Carroll’s get a first inning strike from Bryan Bart with an RBI single and sac fly from Mike S. Knuckleheads get two runs back in the second with a John Kiefer and Jamie Burns RBI single. Carroll’s will go back on top again in the third. Bart delivers with a two run double and Sanket gets a run on a single of his own. Both teams go quiet until the sixth when both teams will come back with a spark. Carroll’s grab two more runs on a Mike S double taking an 8-4 lead. Knuckleheads come to the plate and have a big inning batting around. Steph Farrar delivered a massive hit with a grand slam. She also netted a two run single later in the inning. This sparked the late comeback as they will hold off Carroll’s late to win this game. Knuckleheads win 14-8.

Game #4 – Quality Landscapes vs. Wackers

Wackers come out in the first inning and bat around, getting nine runs right out of the gate. Frank Fusca gets the first hit with a two run bomb. Dennis D’Angelo netted two runs on a two run double and Chris Hackney on a two run triple. Bill Brancato will close out the inning with an RBI triple. More of the same in the second as they will bat around again. Brancato will smash another triple while Hackney will also smash another triple, this time scoring two runs. This game will end early with a nine run fourth inning. Brancato nets two more RBI’s while Lissa Tercha gets on board with a solo homer. Wackers are all over this game and will win early. Wackers win 23-0.
