Game One: The Generals @ Cobra Kai
Cobra Kai would hit 7 homers… except only 4 would count - as they were over the limit on 3 of them. Of the 4 that counted, 1 was hit by Tyler Gower, 1 by Donnie Squartino, and 2 by Ben Schweitzer. That would help them score 15 total runs on the night. The Generals posted homers from Chris Forester, Jon Fink, Chris Knechel, and a 2nd by Forester. But that would only help them tally 8 runs in a loss to the Kai.

Game Two: Cannoneers @ The Yard
Shorthanded, the reigning and defending champs would post a valiant effort, tallying 16 runs on the night. Brian Wrigley and Jake Engleman each would bash 2-run homers. Shawn Hines would hit a grand slam in the 4th. But Tom Koelzer, John Kiefer, and JB Jordan would bring their milkshakes to The Yard - each posting a longball of their own. Jose Rodriguez would score 4 times, as would Mike Shutt. The Yard wins 26-16.

Game Three: Dirty Dozen @ Balls Deep
D12 was hot out of the wrapper, scoring 13 in the first. The first 9 batters would all cross the plate to open the game. Pete Abary, Andrew Alexander, Cody Nash, and Anthony Izzi scored twice in the first. Abary would also later homer in the 5th. Balls Deep would get dingers from Jason Dickerson, Tim Gluck, and Tim Frei, but only amassed 14 total runs. D12 wins 26-14.

***Shout out to scorekeeper, Fern. In the words of S. Carter, “A wise man told me don't argue with fools. Cause people from a distance can't tell who is who.”
