Game 1: Vertex vs. Ball Busters

Vertex bats around in the top of the second to score five runs on singles, and a double by Steve Heath. Back to back doubles by Steve Heath and Frank Staber lead to a run for Vertex in the top of the third. Vertex scores five runs in the top of the fourth thanks to doubles by Pat Kelley, CJ Snyder, and Frank Staber, and a Chris Abato RBI triple. Pat Kelley blasts a two run homer for Vertex in the top of the fifth. BB gets on the board in the bottom of the fifth with two runs thanks to an RBI double by Tyler Cohen. Vertex bats around in the top of the sixth to put up eight runs on doubles by Sean Nonemacher, Mat Crowell, Pat Kelley, CJ Snyder, and Justin Miller, and a Steve Heath two run homer. Vertex destroys the Ball Busters, 23-2.

Game 2: Wolfpack vs. Pigeon Boyz

PB takes an early lead in the top of the first with four runs on a triple by Jason Ashworth, and a Brandon Birkhead two run homer. Brendan McCoy jacks a solo homer for WP in the top of the second. Singles lead to four runs for WP in the top of the third. Brandon Birkhead blasts a solo homer for PB in the bottom of the third. PB pushes eight runs across in the bottom of the fourth thanks to homers by Brandon Birkhead and Jeremy Villano. PB puts up six runs in the bottom of the fifth with two run doubles by Shane Hanna and Mike Bitterlich, and a Jake Haber two run homer. The Pigeon Boyz make quick work of the Wolfpack, 21-6.

Game 3: Silverbacks vs. Pigeon Boyz

Mike Bitterlich smashes a two run homer for PB in the bottom of the first. The Silverbacks plate three runs in the top of the third on doubles by Ari Silverstein and Ian Cuozzo, and a DJ Ellars two run homer. Four runs cross the plate for PB in the bottom of the third. Craig Richards jacks a solo homer for the Silverbacks in the top of the fourth. Jake Haber launches a grand slam for PB in the bottom of the fourth. The Silverbacks bat around in the top of the fifth to plate eight runs on singles, a three run double by DJ Ellars, and an Ari Silverstein three run homer. Three runs come in for PB in the bottom of the fifth on homers by Brandon Birkhead and Jason Ashworth. DJ Ellars smashes a three run homer for the Silverbacks in the top of the sixth. PB bats around in the bottom of the sixth to score on doubles by Tom Ivers, KC Ingram, and Mike Gilbert, and a Mike Bitterlich three run homer. The Pigeon Boyz out slug the Silverbacks, 24-20.

Game 4: Dirty Dozen vs. Silverbacks

Ari Silverstein and Ian Cuozzo blast back to back homers for the Silverbacks in the bottom of the first. Peter smokes a two run triple for DD in the top of the second. The Silverbacks bat around in the bottom of the third to plate six runs thanks to doubles by Ari Silverstein and Craig Richards, and a DJ Ellars three run homer. Mike Ivers rips an RBI double for DD in the top of the fifth as three runs come in. DD rallies for two runs in the top of the seventh. The Silverbacks squeak by Dirty Dozen, 13-11.

Carpenter

Game 1: Doom Cats vs. Bird Gang

BG gets six runs in the bottom of the third thanks to a Justin Huber RBI triple, and homers by Jason McLaughlin and Joey Pittman. Mark Rothenberger smashes a three run homer for BG in the bottom of the fourth. BG picks up six runs in the bottom of the fifth with homers by Jason McLaughlin, Joey Pittman, and Matt S. Bird Gang shuts out the Doom Cats, 15-0.

Cedar Hill

Game 3: Vikings vs. Rolling Rocks

RR takes the early lead in the bottom of the first with five runs on singles, and a Randy Worthington RBI double. The Vikings get on the board with two runs in the top of the second. Justin Mahmde smokes a two run double for RR in the bottom of the fourth. Mike Michiani rips a two run double for the Vikings in the top of the fifth. Justin Mahmde smashes a two run homer for RR in the bottom of the sixth. The Rolling Rocks double up on the Vikings, 12-6.
