Docs Irish Pub vs. Wire2Wire

Docs would take the home stand on this one allowing W2W to bat. Both teams would remain scoreless in the first inning, however W2W would find some momentum in the 2nd scoring four highlighted by a William Martinez three run homer. Jacob McDevitt would keep W2W going with a lead off HR to start the 3rd that would see them score an additional three runs. Down by seven, Docs would find a glimmer of hope, plating two runs. Over the next two innings W2W would score nine more runs. Docs would push for a 7th inning rally down 16-2 but would fall short. Final W2W 16 Docs Irish Pub 6.


W Tavern vs Dark Dogs

Dark Dogs started this game off strong with seven scored in the first inning. A three run Paul Harding HR would help with that. W Tavern would come back with four runs of their own to minimize the lead, thanks to homers from Pat McKay and Roy Smith. DD plated another three runs in the second, Ryan Schock would hit the 4th home run of the game. The third inning would be the only scoreless inning for both teams. In the 4th inning DD scored five runs off nine singles, almost getting completely through their lineup. Additionally three runs would come for DD in the top of the fifth thanks to a Nick Martinez bomb. The bottom of the fifth would consist of not one, but two home runs for W Tavern. Solo shots by Matt Landro and Kyle Kostick. This slug fest would come to an end, eight total home runs, with Dark Dogs coming out on top 21-11.


Purple Cobras vs W Tavern

W Tavern would start this game off strong with 4 runs in the first inning. Matt Landro would hit his second HR of the day (first one coming in game 1 of his double header). Not wanting to be left behind the Purple Cobras came to play. 7 runs would cross the plate thanks to a three run HR from Zach Downs and a 2 run HR from Andrew. W Tavern falling flat in the 2nd inning would allow PC to increase the lead 8-4 courtesy of a solo shot by Brandon Roman. Looking to decrease the lead, Roy Smith jacked a 2 run bomb to help out the W Tavern. Purple cobras would seem to loose some momentum being capped by Hatfields HR limit, they would hit 3 over limit HRs that would turn to outs. W Tavern would take advantage of this keeping all balls in the park and plating four runs in the top of the sixth inning to help secure the victory. W tavern would take this one 10-9.


Palz Tap house vs One Hit Wonders

In this lob-sided game you would see Palz come to play with a vengeance. 21 runs in four total innings off a plethora of base hits. OHW would only be able to score one run the the first and then the bats would go cold. Palz Tap House - 21 , One Run Wonders - 1 .
