Game 1: Wu Tang vs. Wackers

The Wackers take an early lead in the bottom of the first with six runs on singles and a double by Alex Freeman. Doubles by Sean Nonemacher and Bill Brancato net the Wackers two runs in the bottom of the second. WT gets on the board with a run in the top of the fourth. Rich Stead smokes an RBI triple for WT in the top of the fifth. Bill Brancato smashes a solo homer for the Wackers in the bottom of the fifth. The Wackers add another run in the bottom of the sixth. The Wackers top Wu Tang, 11-2.

Game 2: Wu Tang vs. I’d Hit That

WT scores four runs in the top of the first with a Rich Stead two run triple. IHT answers with a run in the bottom of the first. Kenny Goodwin blasts a two run homer for WT in the top of the second. A leadoff double by Bill Hare leads to three runs for IHT in the bottom of the second. Two runs cross the plate for WT in the top of the third thanks to a double by Casey Condron and a Tom Egitto RBI triple. IHT bats around in the bottom of the fourth to score seven runs on walks, singles, and a Roger Sternfeld RBI double. WT bats around in the top of the fifth to plate six runs thanks to a Mike “Big Titty” C RBI double. IHT bats around again in the bottom of the fifth to put up seven runs on singles. I’d Hit That out slugs Wu Tang, 19-16.

Game 3: Envi vs. I’d Hit That

Singles get Envi two runs in the top of the first. Rob G jacks a three run homer for IHT in the bottom of the third. Donovan R smashes a grand slam for IHT in the bottom of the fourth. Envi picks up three more runs in the top of the sixth. IHT bats around in the bottom of the sixth to push seven runs across on walks, singles, and two run doubles by John C and An RBI double by Bill Hamlett helps Envi rally for a run in the top of the seventh. I’d Hit That beats up on Envi, 19-7.

Game 4: Hagan’s Heroes vs. No Show

HH bats around in the top of the first to score seven runs on singles, and a Gary Thompson two run triple. NS answers with a run in the bottom of the first. Singles give HH three runs in the top of the second. Nick Pigott smokes an RBI triple for NS in the bottom of the fifth. Three runs cross the plate for HH in the top of the sixth thanks to an RBI triple by Gary Thompson, and a Ryan Goodman two run homer. NS rallies for six runs in the bottom of the seventh on singles. Hagan’s Heroes downs No Show, 17-11.

Cedar Hill

Game 1: Hit and Run vs. Ump Yours

Gene Schwenderman rips an RBI double for HAR in the top of the first. UY answers with a run in the bottom of the first. A Brian Randazzo RBI double helps HAR put up two runs in the top of the second. HAR bats around in the top of the third to get five runs thanks to doubles by Adam Hebert and Gene Schwenderman. Joe Berry launches a solo homer for UY in the bottom of the third. HAR bats around again in the top of the fourth to add eight runs on walks and singles. Shane Muluhill smashes a three run homer for HAR in the top of the fifth. Hit & Run beats down Ump Yours, 22-3.

Game 2: Hit and Run vs. Slap A Pitch

Singles lead to three runs for HAR in the top of the first. Harrison Miller blasts a three run homer for SAP in the bottom of the first. Singles help HAR add four runs in the top of the second. SAP bats around in the bottom of the second to get eight runs on walks and singles. HAR bats around in the top of the third to plate six runs thanks to an RBI double by Brian Randazzo, and a Shane Muluhill RBI triple. Singles and walks lead to four runs for SAP in the bottom of the third. HAR bats around again in the top of the fourth to pick up six more runs on an RBI triple by Gene Schwenderman, and a Shane Muluhill two run homer. Hit and Run squeak by Slap A Pitch, 19-18.

Game 3: Downey But Not Out vs. Slap A Pitch

DBNO takes the early lead with two runs in the top of the first. SAP answers with a run in the bottom of the first. A leadoff double by Andrew Bravo nets DBNO two runs in the bottom of the second. Mike Downey smokes a two run triple for DBNO in the top of the third. DBNO picks up two more runs on singles in the top of the fifth. Three runs cross the plate for SAP in the bottom of the sixth on singles. Downey But Not Out gets by Slap A Pitch, 8-6.

Hatfield

Game 1: Alaskan Bullworms vs. Dirt Dogs

Calvin Starasota rips a two run triple for AB in the top of the first. DD answers with a run in the bottom of the first. A double by Erick Myers helps DD get a run in the bottom of the second. Tess Frelick jacks a three run homer for DD in the bottom of the third. Tess Frelick rips a solo homer for DD in the bottom of the sixth. Dirt Dogs takes down the Alaskan Bullworms, 6-2.

Game 2: Gwynedd Manufacturing vs. Dirt Dogs

A leadoff double by Caleb Waldon nets GM a run in the top of the first. A Matt Abramson double helps DD plate a run in the bottom of the first. DD picks up five runs in the bottom of the third thanks to RBI doubles by Jaden Newman and Andrew Werkheiser, and triples by Matt Abramson and Elijah Robinson. DD scores seven runs in the bottom of the fourth thanks to doubles by Elijah Robinson, Jaden Newman, Andrew Werkheiser, and Erick Myers. The Dirt Dogs make quick work of Gwynedd Manufacturing, 16-1.

Game 3: Gwynedd Manufacturing vs. Breaking Bats

A double by John Baldwin helps GM get two runs in the top of the first. Back to back doubles by Jeremy Ellis and Isaiah Larry help BB score two runs in the bottom of the first. Brad Milnes smashes a two run homer for BB in the bottom of the third. A triple by Caleb Waldon nets GM a run in the top of the fourth. Five runs come in for BB in the bottom of the fourth with a Joey Russo three run homer. Isaiah Larry smokes a two run double for BB in the bottom of the fifth. Breaking Bats beats Gwynedd Manufacturing, 16-4.

Game 4: JT Bankers vs. Breaking Bats

Eric Schade laces two run double for JT in the top of the first. Back to back doubles by Isaiah Larry and Joey Russo net BB two runs in the bottom of the first. Singles give JT two runs in the top of the second. BB plates five runs in the bottom of the third thanks to RBI doubles by Isaiah Larry and Brad Milnes. Dan Croak blasts a three run homer for JT in the top of the fourth. JT picks up five runs in the top of the sixth on singles, a John Bechtel RBI double, and an RBI triple by Eric Schade. JT Bankers takes down Breaking Bats, 17-8.
