Quarry

Game 1: Envi vs. Dollar Dog Knight

Errors and triples by Macho Mendez and Jon Q lead to five runs for Envi in the top of the first. DDK answers with a run in the bottom of the first. Bob Kearns smokes a two run triple for Envi in the top of the fourth. Three runs cross the plate for Envi in the top of the fifth thanks to an RBI triple by Macho Mendez. Bob Kearns rips another two run triple for Envi in the top of the sixth. Back to back RBI triples by Jon Q and Tyler Kamon net Envi three runs in the top of the seventh. Envi takes care of Dollar Dog Knight, 17-1.

Game 2: Wu Tang vs. Envi

Chris Hackney blasts a solo homer for WT in the top of the first. Envi answers with five runs in the bottom of the first on singles, and back to back RBI triples by Macho M and Greg D. Mach M ropes a two run triple for Envi in the bottom of the second. Chris Hackney and Casey Condron smash solo homers for WT in the top of the third. Bill H launches a grand slam for Envi in the bottom of the third. Katie Cherba rips a two run double for WT in the top of the fourth. Kyle W knocks a two run double for Envi as three runs cross the plate for Envi in the bottom of the fourth. WT bats around in the top of the fifth to score six runs thanks to RBI doubles by Chris Hackney, Casey Condron, and Rich Stead, and a Katie Cherba RBI triple. WT bats around again in the top of the sixth to put up five runs on singles. Wu Tang squeaks by Envi, 18-17.

Game 3: Wu Tang vs. Wackers

A leadoff double by Chris Hackney helps WT pick up two runs in the top of the first. Bill Brancato blasts a three run homer for the Wackers in the bottom of the first. A triple by Chris Hackney leads to a run for WT in the top of the second. Bill Brancato and Alex Fremman jack back to back homers for the Wackers in the bottom of the second. Back to back doubles by Bill Brancato and Alex Freeman get the Wackers three runs in the bottom of the fourth. Bill Brancato rips a grand slam for the Wackers in the bottom of the fifth. The Wackers beat up on Wu Tang, 20-5.

Game 4: Dirt Dogs vs. No Show

A triple by Tess Frelich gets DD on the board with a run in the top of the first. DD bats around in the top of the second to plate four runs on singles, and a two run triple by Derrick Croak. DD adds five runs in the top of the third on singles, and a Matt Boyd two run double. DD bats around again in the top of the fifth to pick up nine runs on singles, and a Matt Boyd grand slam. NS doesn’t bring the offense. The Dirt Dogs shut out No Show, 19-0.

Hatfield

Game 1: Hit & Run vs. Phanatics

HAR bats around in the top of the first to score six runs on singles, and a Gene Schwendeman RBI triple. The Phanatics get on the board with two runs in the bottom of the third. HAR adds two runs on singles in the top of the fourth. Back to back doubles by Dawn Lyman and Carly Files lead to three runs for HAR in the top of the fifth. The Phanatics bat around in the bottom of the to put up seven runs on walks, singles, and a Brad Milnes RBI double. A leadoff triple by Corey VanFossen helps the Phanatics rally for a run in the bottom of the sixth. Hit & Run squeaks by the Phanatics, 11-10.

Game 2: Slap A Pitch vs. Phanatics

SAP takes the early lead with a run in the top of the first. The Phanatics answer with two runs in the bottom of the first. Singles get SAP three runs in the top of the third. The Phanatics add two runs on singles in the bottom of the fourth. More singles net SAP three runs in the top of the fifth. SAP rallies for two runs in the top of the seventh. Slap A Pitch tops the Phanatics, 10-4.

Gam 3: Slap A Pitch vs. Ump Yours

UY takes the lead in the bottom of the second with two runs. SAP gets on the board in the top of the fourth with two runs thanks to an RBI double by JR Hilsee. UY plates two more runs on singles in the bottom of the fourth. Three runs come in for SAP in the top of the sixth thanks to a JR Hilsee double, and an RBI triple by Lauren Degrushe. Mark Sudell rips an RBI double for UY in the bottom of the sixth. Slap A Pitch gets by Ump Yours, 7-6.
