Game #1 – Knuckleheads vs. The Runs

Knuckleheads get rolling with a two run bomb from Mike Koezler, showing out his power stroke on the swing. The runs get one run back on a Matt Kovaleski hit. Hack will then get that run back on an RBI double as Knuckleheads lead 4-1 after four innings of play. The games goes quiet for a little until the fifth inning when Knuckleheads explode. Koezler goes yard again, another two run bomb. Ron Pulli then knocks in two runs with a triple before Hack knocks in two more runs, on his second double of the game. Koezler continues to dominate in this game grabbing a bases clearing double to round out the inning. Knuckleheads will completely dominate this game grabbing another six runs in the seventh. Koezler continue his big game with another double, driving in two more runs. Knuckleheads win 20-4.

Game #2 – Knuckleheads vs. Poco’s

The game ends early as Poco’s will forfeit, giving Knuckleheads win this one.



Game #3 – Altek vs. WBF

Kevin Cwikla gets this night going with an RBI triple, followed by a Tony Luizza RBI double. WBF comes back in the bottom of the inning with four runs of their own. Aaron Worthington and Wil Das had RBI singles, while Gary Kleinschmidt had a two run double. WBF grabs two more runs in the second with a two run bomb from Matt Bugenhagen. Altek grab six runs back in the third with six runs. Luizza grabs two more runs on another double, while Bobby Vine and Kristen Luizza knock in runs on singles. WBF keeps their pressure on with eight runs across the third and fourth inning. Das was at it again, this time a three run bomb, while Bugenhagen went yard again, this time a three run shot. The scoring would stop there for WBF. Fortunately for Altek, they continue having a massive sixth inning. They would bat around sending 14 batters to the plate. Bob Wenner had an RBI double, Mike Maglio had an RBI triple and Kevin Cawikla had the big hit, with a three run bomb. They would steal this one late and win. Altek wins 17-14.

Game #4 – Jive Turkeys vs. WBF

Andrew Fantaski gets this last game rolling with an RBI single giving Turkeys the 1-0 lead. WBF get five runs back in the bottom of the inning. Tom Egitto starts it with an RBI single, followed by a Christian Hazlett two run double. Gary K and Donna H will knock in two more to round out the inning. Matt B will add one more run in the second giving WBF a 6-1 lead after two innings. Here come the Turkeys scoring five in the third. Cam Komonchak knocks in a run with a single and Alex Fantasky knocks in two on a double. WBF will grab the lead again in the fourth with four more runs. Aaron Worthington knocks in two runs on a single in the inning. Turkeys will fight back into this game getting eight runs across the fourth and fifth innings. Anthony Stella knocked in two with a double, while Pat Gallagher knocked in one with a big triple. Erin Stevenson gives the Turkeys the lead with an RBI single in the sixth. WBF will fall late in the one as Turkeys gobble up this game late. Turkeys win 15-13.
