Game One: Yard @ American Legion
AL would hop out to a 3 - 0 lead in the 2nd inning behind singles from Jake Engleman and Dan Powell - along with a 2-run bomb via Wilson Miller. The Yard would strike back, posting 4 runs and grabbing the lead in the 3rd. Three of the 4 runs would come in via a Jonny Poore homer. Tim Caldwell’s solo shot tallied the last run. The Yard would add back-to-back solo shots in the 6th from Mike Koelzer and John Kiefer. But AL’s 7-run 5th inning would be the difference maker. Brian Wrigley’s 2-run long ball and Kyle Morrow’s 2-run double led the way. AL wins, 14-6.

Game Two: Balls Deep @ Only Fans
Balls Deep had a rough night at the plate, scoring only 4 on the night. Bob Stanley posted a solo homer - which would be the lone highlight. Only Fans would keep the ball in the yard and play small ball to the tune of 12 runs scored. Corey Wambold, Andrew Alexander, and Ken Gerges each scored twice. Only Fans win 12-4.
