Game 1: No Shows vs. Boom Sticks

Joey Galleo rips an RBI double for NS in the top of the first. BS answers with three runs in the bottom of the first on singles. BS picks up seven runs in the bottom of the second thanks to singles, and a Corey Van Fossen RBI triple. NS adds a run in the top of the third. BS bats around in the bottom of the third to score nine runs on walks and singles. Kris K smokes an RBI triple for NS as two runs cross the plate in the top of the fourth. NS rallies for a run in the top of the fifth. Boom Sticks beat up on No Shows, 21-6.

Game 2: Man Bear Pigs vs. Lady Birds

LB takes the early lead with three runs in the bottom of the first thanks to a leadoff double by Jason McLaughlin. MBP gets on the board with three runs in the top of the third thanks to singles, and a Josh Sovocol double. A James McLaughlin triple helps LB get a run in the bottom of the third. LB bats around in the bottom of the fourth to plate seven runs on singles, doubles by James McLaughlin and Mark Rothenberger, and a Chucky Vile two run triple. Steven Sovocol rips a triple to help MBP pick up a run in the top of the fifth. Mark Rothenberger blasts a two run homer for LB in the bottom of the fifth. LB pushes three runs across in the bottom of the sixth on RBI doubles by Chucky Vile and Johnathan McGrahan, and a James McLaughlin solo homer. The Lady Birds take care of Man Bear Pigs, 16-4.

Game 3: Monsters & Menthols vs. Hagan’s Heroes

MAM takes the early lead with a run in the top of the first. HH answers with a run in the bottom of the first. A leadoff triple by Sean Nonemacher nets MAM a run in the top of the third. HH plates a run in the bottom of the third thanks to a Chase Luxton leadoff double, and a Ron Pulli triple. Ryan Goodman smashes a two run homer for HH in the bottom of the fifth. MAM scores four runs in the top of the sixth thanks to singles, and a Bill Brancato double. MAM adds two runs in the top of the seventh on triples by Roc Akers and Bill Brancato. Monsters & Menthols doubles up on Hagan’s Heroes, 8-4.

Game 4: Hagan’s Heroes vs. Reap What You Sow

HH puts up four runs in the top of the first on a two run double by Brittany Ullman, and a Ryan Goodman two run homer. RWYS answers with a run in the bottom of the first. HH bats around in the top of the third to score seven runs on walks, singles, and a Chase Luxton grand slam. Singles help RWYS add five runs in the bottom of the third. Singles lead to four runs for HH in the top of the fourth. RWYS plates three runs in the bottom of the fifth with a solo homer by Ryan G. Evan G rips a bases loaded triple for RWYS in the bottom of the sixth. Ryan Goodman jacks a grand slam for HH in the top of the seventh. Hagan’s Heroes out slugs Reap What You Sow, 19-12.
