Glowcharge strand a KC double and go scoreless in the first. Tap gets 1 on doubles from Culbreath and Gernert. Team Glowcharge gets on the board with 2 in the second thanks to a Savarese double. Tap ties it on singles. Glowcharge comes to life batting around in the third scoring 9 runs on 5 doubles. Outfield must have taken the inning off as one of them was Rider. Tap gets 3 back in their half started by a DiVona triple. Glowcharge, tired from the doubles, goes hitless for the next 3 innings. Tap takes advantage scoring 6 in the fourth and 7 in the fifth.
