Philly’s Phinest V Wildfire
Philly’s Phinest starts the game off with a 4 run first led by a 2 RBI triple from Mike Rocks Sr. Wildfire wins the inning with 5 in the bottom of the 1st, with a 2 RBI double from Eric Simonait and RBI singles from both Kyle Stephens and Jim Cetenzero. In the top of the second Ray Rocks hits a 3 Run Home Run for Philly’s Phinest to take the lead back, but Wildfire retakes the lead again in the bottom of the second after a 2 RBI triple from Anthonny Amendolia. Everyone gets a chance to breath in the third with a scoreless inning from both teams before we resume the scoring in the 4th with Ray Rocks second Home Run followed by Dave Shannon’s solo Home Run. Philly’s Phinest scores 4 in the 4th before Wildfire gets up. Wildfire gets two back off of an rbi single from Anthony Amendolia and a sac fly from Chris Amendolia. The fifth starts with an RBI single from Scott Vogelman for Philly’s Phinest before wildfire goes down in order and doesn’t get a base runner. Ray Rocks and Sean Dougherty get RBI singles in the sixth for Philly’s Phinest and Wildfire again fails to score, starting with two singles but failing to capitalize. In the seventh Philly’s Phinest manages only a base runner and we go into the bottom of the seventh with Philly’s Phinest up 14-9. Tom Orlando starts Wildfire’s inning off with a single and then Hector Torres garners a walk to put two on. Anthony Amendolia gets an RBI single and Kyle Stephens gets a sac fly. With 2 outs and down by two, Eric Simonait flies out and ends the comeback bid.

Philly’s Phinest wins 13-11

Pitch Please V Felix’s Fella’s
Pitch Please starts the game off hot with a 2-run home run from Dan Altemus and 5 runs in total. Felix’s Fella’s get a couple back with a Mike O’Malley home run and Chip Margiotta sac fly. Joe Kindt and Jeff McMahon each have a home run for Pitch Please, scoring 3 in the top of the second. Felix’s Fella’s aren’t able to get a base runner and go down in order in the second. Pitch Please gets one more in the 3rd when Mike Sheridan scores on a fielder's choice and they go up 9-2. Felix’s Fellas can't score in the 3rd and then there are no runs until the bottom of the fifth when Sam Matos scores on a fielder's choice. In the sixth Pitch Please puts this one out of reach, scoring 7 on 6 singles, 2 doubles, and walk. They add one more for good measure in the 7th and Felix’s Fellas musters only one run in the bottom of the seventh.

Web Gems V DePaul Brothers
Depaul Brothers open the scoring with a 3 run home run from Jeff Tongue. In the top of the second DePaul Brothers adds 3 more with an RBI single from Jeff Tongue and RBI double from Chris Rommel. The bottom of the second brings Web Gems out swinging with 6 singles, a double, a triple, and two walks. They score 8, highlighted by Eric Wrenn’s two rbi triple. and then Web Gems adds 3 more in the third, with Ryan Delong hitting a 2 run Home Run. The top of the fourth brings 3 runs in for DePaul Brothers with a sac fly from Steve Walker and a RBI walk from Ben Sandera. Yohendy Ceballos gets an RBI on a fielders choice to bring DePaul brothers within 2. Depaul brothers aren’t able to score again and Web Gems adds a few more to take this one.

Web Gems V The Swingers
Web Gems gets one to start the game when John Uccelletti turns a walk into a run. The scoring starts for the Swingers in the bottom of the first with a solo shot from Matt Close to even it up. Both teams aren’t able to score in the second In the bottom of the third the Swingers get RBI’s from Nick McKay, Ben Razzi, Matt Close, Colin Kelly, Chris Clewell, and Dale Hoover, scoring 7 in the inning. Web Gems aren’t able to score in the fourth but in the bottom of the fourth The Swingers have RBI’s from 6 people again, with Chris Clewell hitting a 2 run home run, and score 9 more. Web Gems gets 2 in the 5th with a 2 RBI double from Kevin Carver and RBI single from Ryan Delong but Swingers put this one out of reach and end it early.
