Game 1: Philly Junk vs. Dirty Dozen

DD takes the early lead in the bottom of the first with four runs thanks to a double by Pierre Girin, and a John Erb two run homer. DD adds four runs in the bottom of the second on errors and singles. PJ gets on the board in the top of the third with five runs on singles, and a two run homer by Jason Ashworth. Shane Hanna blats a solo homer for PJ in the top of the fourth. Errors and singles help DD get four runs in the bottom of the fourth. A leadoff triple by Greg Thompson nets DD a run in the bottom of the sixth. Dirty Dozen downs Philly Junk, 16-10.

Game 2: Silverbacks vs. Bird Gang

Walks and singles get the Silverbacks three runs in the top of the first. BG answers with a run in the bottom of the first. A leadoff double by Dave Porco nets the Silverbacks two runs in the top of the third. BG adds a run in the bottom of the third with a triple by Pat McKay. Singles and a an RBI double by DJ Ellars help the Silverbacks score two runs in the top of the sixth. Joe G and Phil Smythe jacks solo homers for BG in the bottom of the sixth. The Silverbacks top Bird Gang, 8-6.

Game 3: Vertex vs. Ball Busters

A leadoff double by Sean Nonemacher gets Vertex a run in the top of the first. BB answers with three runs in the bottom of the first thanks to a Jay Stein RBI triple. Vertex bats around in the top of the second to score seven runs on singles, a triple by Mike C, and a Chriss Beatty two run homer. Singles and a Braden Parker RBI double gets BB three runs in the bottom of the second. Ryan Schaub smashes a solo homer for Vertex in the top of the third. BB plates two more runs in the bottom of the fifth. Vertex bats around in the top of the seventh to put up seven runs thanks to singles, doubles by Sean Nonemacher and Ryan Schaub, and a two run triple by Frank Staber. Vertex beats up on the Ball Busters, 18-8.

Game 4: Doom Cats vs. Vertex

A double by Zach Martin helps DC get two runs in the top of the first. A leadoff triple by Jimmy Craig nets DC two runs in the top of the second. Vertex bats around in the bottom of the third to get six runs on singles and homers by Mike C and Ryan S. DC bats around in the top of the fourth to score nine runs on singles, RBI doubles by Zach Martin and Jon Poore, a Mike Bartasavich triple, and a two run homer by Brendan McCoy. Brendan McCoy jacks a three run homer for DC in the top of the sixth. Vertex rallies for four runs in the bottom of the seventh on singles, and a two run triple by Mike C. The Doom Cats out slug Vertex, 16-12.

Game 1: Web Gems vs. Stiff Sox


WG gets a run in the top of the second. SS gets on the board with a run in the bottom of the third. Back to back doubles by Ryan Delong and Mike Touey nets WG two runs in the top of the fourth. Tommy Gallagher rips an RBI double for SS in the bottom of the fourth. Singles lead to three runs for SS in the bottom of the sixth. WG bat around in the top of the seventh to score four runs thanks to singles, and an RBI double by Arik Fenton. The Stiff Sox squeak by Web Gems, 9-8.

Game 2: Dugout Demons vs. Birds of War

DD takes the lead with six runs in the top of the first on singles, and a John Wagner RBI double. BOW bats around in the bottom of the first to get seven runs on singles. Christian Wagner smokes an RBI double for DD in the top of the second. A leadoff double by Justin Kneebone helps BOW add three runs in the bottom of the second. BOW bats around in the bottom of the fourth to push eight runs across on singles, and a two run double by Jay Cowan. DD plates five runs in the top of the sixth on singles, and a three run homer by TJ Pergine. Birds of War out slugs Dugout Demons, 20-13.

Game 3: Dead Ringers vs. Bats All, Folks

BAF starts off hot in the bottom of the first with seven runs on walks, singles, and a grand slam by Bryan Huff. DR puts up two runs in the top of the second. DR bats around in the top of the third to score seven runs on doubles by Chris Shaffer, Randy Brymer, and Jared Saias, and a Harrison Leal two run triple. Keith Youse rips an RBI double for BAF in the bottom of the third. DR plates four runs in the top of the fourth on back to back to back doubles by Justin Long, Randy Brymer, and Jose Pittman, and a three run homer by Jared Saias. Walks and singles lead to three runs in the bottom of the fifth for BAF. DR bats around in the top of the sixth to put up nine runs on doubles by Brock Nestory, Randy Brymer, and Harrison Leal, a Justin Dinarto RBI triple, and homers by Jose Pittman and Jared Saias. The Dead Ringers double up on Bats All, Folks, 24-12.

Game 4: The Unknowns vs. Unhinged

Unhinged bats around in the bottom of the first to put up seven runs on singles, and an Adam Weaver RBI double. Richie Zupkusky blasts a solo homer for Unhinged in the bottom of the second. TU gets on the board in the top of the fourth with three runs thanks to an RBI triple by Jack Englehart. Unhinged bats around in the bottom of the fourth to score ELEVEN runs on walks, singles, and doubles by Corey Wambold, Richie Zupkusky, and CJ Steiner. Unhinged destroys The Unknowns, 20-2.
