Game 1: Mashed Taters vs Yard Ducks
Mashed Taters get 4 runs in the 1st 3 innings while Yard Ducks get 2. Mike McCallister rips a 3-run homer for Taters, Paul Grant doubles, and Jason Crumbock goes yard for Yard Ducks. In the 4th, Taters bat all 12 and score 8 of them. Keith Saunders and Pat Furst both go deep and Carl Wambold doubles. Ducks score 3 in the bottom of the 4th. Taters add an insurance run in the top of the 7th to take a 13-5 lead, and Ducks have no answer in the bottom. Mashed Taters win, 13-5.
Game 2: Cheaters vs Did We Win?
Both teams plate 6 in the 1st 3 innings. Bobby Ridenour homers for Cheaters, and Eric Cusano doubles. For Did We Win, Andrew Burgher smacks a 2-run homer and Pete Mastro doubles. Cheaters get another 3 runs across in the 4th. Ridenour homers again. They'll add 1 more in the 5th. Did We Win plates 2 in the 5th to make it a 1 run game. Burgher homers again. Cheaters widen the lead with a run in the 6th, but Did We Win cuts it to a 1 run lead again in the bottom of the 6th. Joe Bisceglie doubles. Cheaters get 2 insurance runs in the top of the 7th, and they'll need 'em! Going into the bottom of the 7th, Did We Win needs 3 to tie and 4 to walk it off. They get the 1st 3 batters on, with Keith Halili and Bill Coles doubling, and then they score 3 to tie it up. They run out of gas, and we run out of time. This game ends in a tie, 13-13.
Game 3: Wackers vs MuckDogs
Wackers wait until the 4th to get on the board with 1 run. Meanwhile, Muckdogs score 6 in the 1st, 1 in the 2nd, and 2 in the 3rd to take a 9-1 lead after 4. Eric Schade doubles Jeff Hess triples, and Sean Nonnemacher homers. Wackers score another run in the 6th, but that'll be all the scoring in this game. Muckdogs win, 9-2.
