Game 1:
Wire2Wire starts out slow in the 1st with just 2 baserunners who get stranded. In the bottom of the 1st, Philly Junk explodes with 14 runs. Pat Kelley homers twice in the inning, Jason Ashworth triples, Vinny Catagnus doubles, Mike Bitterlich doubles, and Tyler Gower doubles. In the 2nd, Wire2Wire get 2 more baserunners but strand them again. Philly Junk adds 3 more in the bottom, fueled by a Tyler Gower homer and a KC Ingram double. Wire2Wire get a couple baserunners again in the 3rd, but again strand them. Philly Junk adds 4 in the bottom with KC Ingram blasting a 2 run shot over the fence. Wire2Wire finally get on the board in the 4th with 2 runs. Bill Walker knocks in one of them with an RBI double. Philly Junk get 1 run in the bottom of the 4th to end this game with a 22-2 win.
Game 2:
Wire2Wire hold Philly Junk to just 2 runs in the 1st this game, despite Shane Hanna homering and Jason Ashworth doubling. Wire2Wire take the lead in the bottom with 3 runs on doubles from Brandon Roman and Bill Walker. They'll hold Philly Junk scoreless in the 2nd, and Philly Junk holds Wire2Wire scoreless in the bottom of the 2nd. Philly Junk takes the lead in the top of the 3rd. Shane Hanna homers for a 2nd time, and Brandon Bozek doubles along with Tom Ivers. Wire2Wire tie it up in the bottom of the 3rd. Gene Walczak doubles. Philly Junk take another lead in the top of the 4th. KC Ingram homers, Hanna homers for a third time, and Brandon Bozek homers. Wire2Wire get 1 back in the bottom. Philly Junk widen their lead to 15-7 after 5. Jason Asworth doubles along with KC Ingram. They'll add 3 more in the 6th with Mike Bitterlich homering. Wire2Wire explode with 6 runs in the bottom of the 6th. Tom Signore doubles along with Kris Karaba. Philly Junk adds 3 insurance runs in the top of the 7th. Jason Ashworth homers in 2 of them and Vinny Catagnus blasts a solo shot. Needing 8 runs to tie and 9 to go to a game 3 rubber match, Wire2Wire get a few baserunners but can't get any across the plate. Philly Junk wins game 2 21-13 and the Tuesday Men's Fall Championship!
