Game 1: Palz Tap House vs Doc's Irish Pub

Doc's scored five runs in the top of the 1st to take the early lead on a couple RBI hits by Dylan Brooks and Sam Matos. Palz would score two runs in the bottom of the 1st on an RBI single by Bob Jacob as Doc's led 5-2 after the first. Doc's would go scoreless in the top of the second and Palz took advantage as they scored six runs in the bottom of the second on an RBI hits by Matt Herbert and Sam Cohen and a three-run homer by Tom Jacob as Palz took an 8-5 lead after the second. Both teams went scoreless in the third. Doc's would get the offense going in the top of the fourth as they scored three runs with RBI's from Joe Giampietro, Ryan Fronheiser and John Beard to tie the game at 8-8 after the fourth. The Doc's offense would explode in the top of the 5th as they scored six more runs on homers from Tom Jacob and Shawn Herbert to give Palz a 15-14 lead after the fifth. Doc's Paul Elliot would tie the game in the top of the 6th on his RBI single. The tie would not last as Palz was able to put another run up in the bottom of the sixth on an RBI from Steve Dixon to give Palz a 16-15 lead heading into the 7th. With two outs in the top of the 7th and Palz one out away from the victory, Ryan Black delivered for Doc's with his RBI single to tie the game again at 16 all. In the bottom of the 7th, Tom Jacob doubled with one out to bring up Pete Herbert who delivered an RBI single to win the game. Palz wins a nailbiter over Doc's 17-16.

Game 2: One Hit Wonders vs Palz Tap House

Palz was looking for the second win on the day as they faced off against One Hit Wonders. Palz picked up right where they left off as they scored five runs in the top of the first on RBI hits by Tom Jacob and Pete Herbert and a homer by Shawn Herbert. One Hit Wonders would get two back in the bottom of the first on RBIs from Nick Mariana and Andy Springer to bring the score to 5-2 Palz after the first. One Hit Wonders would add two more runs in the bottom of the 2nd on RBIs from Dave Larkin and Walt Zolra to make it 5-4 Palz after the second and three more runs in the bottom of the 3rd with RBIs from Mariana, Springer and Bill Groff as One Hit Wonders took a 7-5 lead after the third. Pete Herbert would have an RBI in top of the 5th bring Palz to within one run. One Hit Wonders would open up the game in the bottom of the 5th as they scored 8 runs with RBIs from Mariana, Springer, Jack Stepnowski, Tom O'Neil, Larkin and Dan Crook to make it 15-6 heading into the 6th. Neither team scored in the 6th which put Palz down to their final three outs needing alot of runs. With one out, Pete Hebert delivered a base hit to score two runs to make it a seven-run deficit. Shawn Herbert got another RBI, but it was sac fly to make it two outs. A flyout would end the game. One Hit Wonders offense powers by Palz as they win 15-9.

Game 3: Pitches Be Trippin vs Stiff Sox

Pitches Be Trippin took the early lead in the bottom of the 1st on RBIs by Brendan McCoy and Paul Abendroth to go up 2-0 after the first. Stiff Sox would tie the game in the top of the 2nd after scoring two runs on RBIs by Tommy Gallagher and Jimmy Templeton. Stiff Sox's Chris Sanchez would break the tie in the top of the 4th on his RBI double to make it 3-2 Stiff Sox after the fourth. Pitches Be Trippin would retake the lead in the bottom of the 5th on RBIs by Dave McCauley and Dan Kalonski to go up 4-3 after the 5th. Stiff Sox did not score again in the 6th inning and Pitches Be Trippin added a couple insurance runs with RBIs by Kris Karaba and McCoy as they led 6-3 heading into the 7th. Stiff Sox needed 3 runs at least to keep the game going in the top of the 7th. After getting two quick outs, Jose Sanchez delivered an RBI triple to make it 6-4 followed by an RBI single by Andrew Bertolino to make it 6-5 with the tying run on base. A groundout would end the game as Pitches Be Trippin survived the late Stiff Sox comeback as they won 6-5.

Game 4: Purple Cobras vs Pitches Be Trippin

Pitches Be Trippin got off to a slow start as they failed to score in the first two innings. Purple Cobras were able to score two runs in the bottom of the 1st on an RBI double by Brandon Roman and RBI single by Steve Gardner to go up 2-0 after the second. Pitches Be Trippin would wake up in the top of the 3rd as they scored five runs on an error, fielder's choice and a sac fly. Purple Cobras would get two back on an RBI single by Ty Allen and an RBI double by Mike Corrigan to make it 5-4 Pitches Be Trippin after the third. Pitches Be Trippin would score another run in the top of the 4th on a fielder's choice to go up 6-4 after the fourth. Purple Cobras struggled to score in the middle innings and Pitches Be Trippin would extend the lead in the 5th scoring two runs on an RBI double by Paul Abendroth to lead 8-4 after the fifth. Pitches Be Trippin kept the foot on the gas in the top of the 6th and put up another five runs on an RBI single by Tim Graff and an RBI triple by Anthony Perretti. Purple Cobras would get four runs back in the bottom of the 6th on an RBI double by Gardner, RBI single by Corrigan, RBI double by Rey Jimenez and RBI single by Jordan Roman as Pitches Be Trippin led 13-8 heading into the 7th. Tim Graff would hit a three-run homer in the top of the 7th to give Pitches Be Trippin some insurance runs. Purple Cobras needing a lot in the bottom of the 7th, only got one base runner on. Pitches Be Trippin pulls away and defeats Purple Cobras 16-8.
