Sprouse Electric VS Philly’s Phinest

Iced from the first game, Philly’s Phinest capitalizes and score 8, batting around, with a grand slam from Chris Colver, two runs on errors, and an RBI single from Chris Rocks. They add a 2 run Home Run from Ray Rocks in the second before Sprouse gets three across on rbi singles from Austin Sher and Pete Simko. Philly’s Phinest adds one in the 4th with an rbi double from Chris Rommel and Sprouse Electric gets one on a Drake Sprouse on an rbi single for Sprouse Electric. Philly’s Phinest gets another in the sixth with an rbi single from Rob Phillipi but Sprouse gets two on an rbi single from Tyler Reese and sac fly from Jared Katz. Philly’s Phinest adds one in the seventh for insurance with an rbi single from Joe Carpino and Sprouse can only add one in the 7th with a solo Home Run from Bryan King.

Philly’s Phinest VS Morning Wood

Philly’s Phinest starts off with a Joe C double and score him on a Steve J single to grab a 1-0 lead. Morning Wood takes that back quickly with a three run Home Run from Tim Frei and a solo Home Run from Nick Pigott to take a 4-1 lead. From there it is a low scoring affair, with Philly’s Phinest grabbing 1 in the 3rd from a Joe G rbi single. Philly’s Phinest grab three more in the 5th with rbi singles from Chase R, John Q, and Joe G. Morning Wood gets two in the 6th to grab a one run lead with a Tim Gluck rbi double. Going into the seventh, Chris C ties the game up with one swing for Philly’s Phinest, but they aren’t able to take the lead after that and we go into the bottom of the seventh with a tied 6-6 game. The first batter of the bottom of the inning is all we need though, with a Nick Pigott walk-off solo Home Run to end the game.

Morning Wood wins 7-6

Dead Ringers VS Morning Wood

Dead Ringers grab two in the first with a Jose Pittman rbi single to start the game off. Morning Wood grabs one back on a Trevor Harris rbi single to bring it to 2-1 after 1. In the second Jose Pittman knocks another one in on a triple to extend the lead to 3-1but Morning Wood grabs another on a Trevor Rice single to keep it a one run game. The third sees a big inning for Dead Ringers, with a 2 run Home Run from Justin Longo and Eric Katz and a 3 run Home Run from Duke Proras to add 7 for Dead Ringers. Morning Wood comes fighting back with a Tim Frei Grand Slam to keep it close at 6-10. Dead Ringers brings up 12 batters in the next 4 innings, with no hits at all, and Morning Wood tries to chip away from their 4 run deficit. The 5th is when they finally come through, with a trevor harris rbi double, Tim Frei rbi single, Nick Carl 2 run Home Run, and a Todd Gibson 3 run Home Run.

Morning Wood wins 13-10.

Birds of War VS Dead Ringers

Birds of War grab two to start the first with a Matt Jacobson 2 rbi single. Dead Ringer tie it up with a 2 run Home Run from Eric Katz. Ringers break out for 10 in the second, with a 3 run Home Run from Duke Proras and rbis from Harrison Leal, Justin Longo, and Larry Delasandro. Birds of War get one back in the third with an rbi single from Matt Jacobson to be down by 7 after 2 ½. Dead Ringers keep piling it on, with a Justin Longo 2 run Home Run and rbi’s from Dan Fry, Duke Proras and Chris Triollo. They add another in the 4th and then add 3 in the fifth to end this one early with an rbi single from Jose Pittman and then rbi triple that also scores Eric Katz on an error.
