3 and 1-Up HR Rule Explained

Currently, the only ball fields with a HR limit are the School Road Park ball field in Hatfield and the Stover Park ball field in Telford.
Each team can hit 3 HRs without penalty. Once a team reaches the 3 HR limit, they must wait until the other team reaches 3 HRs until they can hit another HR. If they hit a 4th HR before the other team has 3 HRs, it's an out. If/when both teams have 3 HRs, either team can hit one more to go 1-up. As an example... if both teams have 3 HRs and Team A hits their 4th HR, they must wait until Team B hits a 4th. When both have hit 4 HRs, either can hit a 5th, and so on.
