Game 1: IDC vs Wackers

IDC jumped out of the gate in this one scoring 8 runs across the first 2 innings which included a Tom Koelzer 3-run homer. Up by 6 runs, IDC continued their scoring in the 4th plating 3 more runs. After Wackers got 2 back in the 5th IDC opened it up with an 8 run 6th. Jared Gardner, Mike Koelzer and Tom Koelzer went back to back to back with some dingers! Before the game was over Tom Koelzer completed the homer trifecta by hitting another shot in the 7th. IDC takes this one by a score of 19-6.

Game 2: IDC vs Throwdown

IDC cooled off a bit in this one as they struggled to bring their 6 runs across. The lone offensive highlight was Tom Koelzer's 4th homer of the night. Throwdown didn't exactly explode either. Jon Poore's 3-run dinger in the first combined with his 3-run double in the 2nd was nearly enough to win this game. They doubled up their score in the 5th to push their total to 12. That is all they needed taking the game by a final of 12-6

Game 3: TGIF vs Philly Junk

Scoring came at a premium in this game as both teams really struggled at the dish. All 5 of TGIF's runs came by the end of the 3rd inning and were scored by playing small ball. The difference in this game was the power in the Philly Junk bats. A hand full of extra-base hits got them their first 4 runs and a Shane Hanna Banana 3-run dinger game them the lead they would never relinquish. Philly Junk wins, 8-5.

Game 4: TGIF vs Titans

The best game of the night was saved for last. TGIF scored 4 runs in the first with a few extra base hits and the Titans scored a couple of their own in the bottom half of the inning. Ian Couzzo's solo shot pushed TGIF's lead to 3 after 2 innings of play. The Titans got one back in the 3rd but Ian was back at it again, this time with a 2-run homer in the 4th inning. TGIF kept the party going by adding 4 more runs in the top of the 5th but doubles by Mike Dura and Chris Colgan kept the Titans within striking distance with a 5-run inning. TGIF pushed their lead to 4 before heading to the bottom of the 7th. Errors would do TGIF in as they could not close the door. A 5-run 7th inning led to a Titans walk-off win, 13-12.
