Game 1: Throwdown vs Philly Junk

Throwdown really struggled to get things going in this game as they only brought 7 runs across. The lone highlight at the dish was an Axle 2-run shot in the 2nd inning. Philly Junk had themselves a feast at the plate. 3 doubles lead to 5 first-inning runs and another 5 runs were scored in the second which included a Bitterlich solo shot. Singles and walks lead to 6 more runs in the 5th before scoring another 6 runs in the 6th to end the game via mercy rule. Philly Junk takes this one 22-7.

Game 2: Throwdown vs IDC

Throwdown had to shake off the loss and get right back to it. They erupted for 8 runs in the very first inning but they weren't able to keep the momentum going for the rest of the game. They could only muster 2 more runs but that did include another Axle dinger. IDC did the opposite in this game, starting slow and finishing strong. Jarred Gardner brought the first 2 runs across with his 1st inning double. Tom Koelzer and Anthony Crawford's homers lead the way to a 5-run 4th. Another 4 runs in the 5th, including another Anthony Crawford homer, helped take the lead before scoring 1 more insurance run in the 6th. IDC takes it in a close one, 12-10.

Game 3: TGIF vs Wackers

This was another low scoring game. TGIF could really sustain any momentum and only hit 2 extra-base hits all night. After scoring 7 across the first 2 frames they only added 3 more runs the rest of the game. Brittany Ullman was the star as both of those extra-base hits were her's. The good news for TGIF was the fact that the Wackers weren't up for scoring a bunch either. They came to the plate in the bottom of the 7th and were down by 8. They did bring 4 across but obviously not enough to complete the comeback. TGIF takes it 10-6.

Game 4: Wackers vs Chico's

The Wackers had to shake off the tough game and try to bounce back and salvage the night. Daniel, Joe and Todd combined combined for 5 extra-base hits and led the Wackers to 13 runs. Chico's had the lead for most of the game until they allowed Wackers to score 5 runs in the top of the 7th. Chico's came to the dish down by 2 runs in the 7th but could only bring 1 across and fell by a score of 13-12.
