Game 1:
Dugout Demons VS Balls Deep
Dugout Demons starts the first inning off quick with a Sean Brennan single followed by a TJ Pergine Home Run. Balls Deep answers and adds, starting off with a Trevor Harris single, a Tim Gluck double, a Nick Carl single, and a 2 RBI double from Tim Fossile to score 4 in the bottom of the first. A scoreless second keeps the score at 4-2 Balls Deep before Dugout demons ties it up in the top of the third with a 2 run Home Run from Sean Brennan. Balls Deep takes the lead back quickly, starting with back to back home runs from Tim Gluck and Nick Carl. Dugout Demons get runners on in the 4th but aren’t able to score in the fourth and Balls Deep gets a grand slam from Tim Frei to break it open and take a 10-4 lead. TJ Pergine hits an RBI double to keep Dugout Demons in the game, but Balls Deep slams the door back shut with a Ken Huber 2 RBI double followed by a Josh Carl RBI double. Dugout Demons comes alive in the 6th with an RBI single from Christian Wagner, Grand Slam from Sean Brennan, a triple from TJ Pergine and he scores on an error in the next batter. They score 6 in the inning to bring it within two. The bottom of the sixth starts off with a Tim Frei Home Run and back to back triples from Tim Gluck and Nick Carl and then Nick Carl scores on a Fielder’s Choice from Tim Fossile. Balls Deep holds a 16-11 lead going into the top of the seventh. Jimmy Roskos leads off with a single for Dugout Demons and Christian Wagner hits a 2 run Home Run but Dugout Demons falls short in their comeback and Balls Deep takes it.

Game 2
Stiff Sox VS Wild Fire
We have a scoreless start to the game with two scoreless innings before Stiff Sox break out in the 3rd scoring 5 with a grand slam from Jim Kullman and an RBI triple from Nick Purshock. They add four more in the fourth, with an rbi single from Jimmy Templeton, Matt Brady, and John Derr to extend the lead to 9-0. Wild Fire gets one on an Eric Simonait single to get on the board, but Stiff Sox extends the lead with a 2 Run Home Run from Nick Purschock. Wild Fire gets one more with Mark Maria scoring on an error. Stiff Sox are held scoreless in the sixth and Wildfire goes down in order. John Derr hits a 2 run Home Run for Stiff Sox to extend the lead to 13-2 before the bottom of the seventh. Wildfire makes a run at it in the bottom of the seventh, with Chris Smith starting it off with a single and Mark Maria following it with an RBI double. Tony Sanchez singles and then Tom Orlando reaches on an error before Hector Torres draws a walk to load the bases. Jim Catanzaro hits a two rbi double and then Phil Purchase knocks another in with an RBI single and Eric Simonait knocks one in on a Fielders Choice. Mark Maria draws another RBI with a bases loaded walk, but their comeback falls short scoring only 7 runs.

Game 3
Birds of War VS Philly’s Phinest
Birds of War flashes their defense in this game but opens it up with a big start. Austin Devlin draws a walk to start the game before Jay Cowan knocks him in with a triple. Matt Jacobson has an RBI single to follow and then Justin Kneebone and Ryan Thompson have back to back doubles followed but an RBI single from John Laino. Birds of War score 5 in the top of the first. There is no scoring from there until the 4th inning when Birds of War scores two more in the 4th with an RBI single from Anthony Mauceri and Jay Cowan. In the top of the fifth Birds of War adds another on a solo Home Run from Tom Bush. Philly’s Phinest finally breaks the shutout in the bottom of the fifth with a sac fly from Mike Rocks Jr. Birds of War adds three more in the top of the seventh with RBI sac fly’s from Matt Jacobson and Tom Bush. This one is controlled from start to finish from Birds of War.

Game 4
Webb Gems VS Birds of War
Birds of War gets one run in the bottom of the first after a Jay Cowan double and aggressive running scoring him on an error. Webb Gems is held scoreless for two innings but opens up for 3 in the 3rd, with an rbi single from Steve Wilson and John Uccelletti and an Eric Adiletto sac fly. Birds of War ties it up in the bottom of the third with Sonny Rey and Anthony Mauceri scoring off of an Austin Devlin fielders choice. The fourth sees Webb Gems take the lead back with a solo Home Run from Nick Mackell and sac fly from Justin Perloff. We are scoreless in the fifth before Birds of War cuts the lead to one with a sac fly from Tom Bush to score Jay Cowan. Webb Gems isn’t able to add to the lead in the top of the seventh so we go into the bottom of the seventh with Webb Gems leading by 1. John Laino leads off with a walk and Chris Day follows with a single. Sonny Rey hits a fly ball to left, but John Laino is thrown out at home. With two outs and down by one, Anthony Mauceri comes through with an RBI single to tie the game and we go into extras. Web Gems reals off 4 straight singles, with Joey Greiner, Ryan Legeckas, Steve Wilson, and John Uccelletti combining for 4 runs. Cole Brown gets an rbi sac fly, Eric Adiletto gets an RBI double, Arik Fenton knocks another in with an rbi single, and Nick Mackell gets the 6th with an RBI sac fly. Webb Gems takes the lead 11-5 going into the bottom of the 8th. Birds of War is able to get one run on an rbi single from Tom Bush, but aren’t able to mount the comeback and Webb Gems takes it.
Webb Gems wins 11-6
