Game 1: Pinball Nerds vs. Wackers

Sean F and Joe F rip back to back run scoring doubles for PN in the top of the first. The Wackers answer with two runs in the bottom of the first. Joe S smokes a two run double for PN in the top of the second. The Wackers put up four runs in the bottom of the third on singles, a Bill Brancato RBI double, and a triple by Eric Schade. PN adds two runs in the top of the fourth. Walks and singles lead to three runs for the Wackers in the bottom of the fifth. Five runs cross the plate for the Wackers in the bottom of the sixth on walks and singles. Tyler M jacks a solo homer for PN in the top of the seventh. The Wackers beat the Pinball Nerds, 14-8.

Game 2: Dirt Dogs vs. Hagan’s Heroes

Erick Myers rips a two run double for DD in the top of the first. HH answers with six runs in the bottom of the first on singles and a Brittany Ullman RBI triple. DD adds a run in the top of the second. Four runs cross the plate for HH in the bottom of the second thanks to a double by Jay Pane, and a Keith Keppley triple. A Gary Thompson RBI triple helps HH pick up two runs in the bottom of the fourth. Nick Pigott rips a two run triple for DD as three runs cross the plate in the top of the fifth. HH adds two runs in the bottom of the sixth. Hagan’s Heroes tops the Dirt Dogs, 16-7.

B Playoffs

Game 1: Hit & Run vs. No Shows

Gene Schwenderman rips a two run triple for HAR in the top of the first. NS answers with two runs in the bottom of the first on singles. Three runs cross the plate for HAR in the top of the second as Gene Scwenderman smokes another RBI triple. Rich Zupkusky blasts a solo homer for NS in the bottom of the second. Back to back run scoring doubles by Brian Randazzo and Carly Files help HAR score four runs in the top of the third. A leadoff triple by Dan McFadden nets NS a run in the bottom of the third. Singles lead to four runs for HAR in the top of the fifth. NS rallies for five runs in the bottom of the fifth on singles, and doubles by Casey Condron and Derek Muhl. Hit & Run beats No Shows, 16-9.

Game 2: Aces of Bases vs. JT Bankers

Aces of Bases wins by FORFEIT

Game 3: Hit & Run vs. Phanatics

Bill Jones rips a two run double for the Phanatics in the bottom of the first. Singles give HAR two runs in the top of the second. HAR adds two runs in the top of the third. Jeff Cheng smokes an RBI double for the Phanatics in the bottom of the fifth. HAR plates two more runs in the top of the sixth on singles. The Phanatics rally for five runs in the bottom of the seventh with Jeff Cheng ripping the game winning single. The Phanatics walk it off over Hit & Run, 11-10.

Game 4: Aces of Bases vs. Alaskan Bullworms

Evan Morris ropes an RBI triple for AB in the bottom of the first. Two runs come in for AB in the bottom of the second thanks to an RBI triple by Sean Morris. AOB gets on the board with a run in the top of the third. AOB scores six runs in the top of the sixth on walks, singles, and a three run homer by Shawn Puskar. AB rallies for seven runs in the bottom of the sixth on singles, and back to back to back doubles by Phil Krieg, Evan Morris, and Calvin Starosta. The Alaskan Bullworms top Aces of Bases, 13-8.
