Each team manager has sent in a 3-digit number. This 3-digit number will be used in a lottery to determine tournament team numbers, draft order, and first round match-ups. The team with the 3-digit number that is closest to the PA Pick 3 number (plus/minus) will be Team #1. Using each of the remaining team's 3-digit numbers, we will move in ascending order from the winning number to determine the balance of the team numbers. 000 will follow 999.
