Game #1 – Knuckleheads vs. Altek
Altek will jump out first grabbing a run on a Kevin C fielder’s choice. Knuckleheads will get a run in the top of the second to tie this game up before we head to the bottom of the second where Altek will explode. Shawn Puskar starts the scoring with a two-run single followed by a Grand Salami from Brian Dart. Jared Taylor and Chris Lento also added RBI’s in the inning. Knuckleheads will answer back in the next inning, with back-to-back RBI singles from John Kiefer and Ron Pulli. Altek has another big inning in the fourth putting up another five runs. Dart produced again this time with a two-run triple and Brandom Smith added a two run homer as well. Knuckleheads will continue to chip away in the fourth fifth and sixth, but there big inning was in the seventh, when they stepped up to the plate down 14-8. Knuckleheads will bat around and score six runs to tie this game up. Jon Poore and Jamie Burns bring in runs on RBI singles in the inning. We head to the bottom of the inning where Altek has a chance to win it. After Jared Taylor gets to second on a double, Scott Flaherty will walk it off on a sac fly. Altek wins 15-14.

Game #2 – Wackers vs. Pinball Wizards
Wackers will grab a first inning run on a Chase Luxton RBI single, but will explode for seven more in the second. Bill SHallcross, Molly Rice and Triples Nonny all knock in a run on singles, Jason McLaughlin knocks in two runs on a triple and Bill Brancato leads the way with a two run bomb. Sean Flannery will get a run back for Pinball Wizards on an RBI single. Wackers keep going in the third and fourth grabbing four more runs. Adam Lightkep and Shallcross both bring in a run on a sac fly and McLaughlin added one more run on an RBI single. Wackers continue to play well defensively as Wizards can’t get much going offensively. Jay Pane and Jenn Sevitski will add RBI’s late as Wackers will win this one easy. Wackers win 15-6.

Bill Brancato (Wackers) - 2B, HR, 3 RBI’s
Game #3 – Poco’s vs. Mott-Ley Crew
Poco’s will come out firing getting three runs on an Eric Schade RBI single, Tony Cabot RBI double and sac fly from Ryan Catania. Crew will respond right away with RBI singles from Anthony Rapposelli and Marcus Gibson. Justin Ruth also added a run on a fielder’s choice. Crew will add one more run on a Rapposelli RBI single before Poco’s get rolling again. Three straight singles from Jeff Hess, Bill Stone and Chelsea Detweiler. After a bases loaded walk from Mark Bernacki, Ryan Catania will add one more run on a single of his own. Joseph Kensworthy gets two runs back for Crew in the third, but Crew when then go silent for a little bit. Not until the sixth, when they would get four more runs. Ruth adds another run on a single and Carly Levin adds one on a double. We head to the seventh with Poco’s and Crew tied. Bernacki will break that tie with a single which drives in two and Cabot will add one more on a single. Poco’s will then play flawless defense as they will win this one. Poco’s win 15-12.

Game #4 – Dominick’s vs. Wehrung
The last game of the night starts off with the shorthanded Wehrung team putting up five runs. Luke Hendricks smashed a three run homer, Lowell Snyder added a run on a single and Greg Rielly added one more on a fielder’s choice. Dominick’s will answer back with two in the second on a fielder’s choice from Janice Tansits and Paul Hensler RBI single. Back come Wehrung’s and Hendricks, this time with an RBI triple, but this time Adam Hendricks gets into the action with a single. Wehrung’s would really take off in the third and fourth inning. Paul Muth will add two runs on a single and two runs on a double across the two innings. In total, Wehrung’s scored 14 total runs and will win this game big. Wehrung wins 21-4.
