Sprouse Electric vs WildFire
Sprouse Electric in their debut season jumps out to an early lead. They score 3 on a triple from Nieko Conti and then RBI singles from Nick Wojtusik, Pat Grace, and Kevin Walker. They follow that with two rbi singles from Mike Simko and Austin Sher to cap an 8 run 1st inning. Wildfire gets one back on an rbi single from Jim Catanzaro, but Sprouse adds another in the second off another Pat grace rbi single. Sprouse adds 5 more in the 3rd, with a 3 run Home Run from Eric Gasser, then get a solo shot from Ryan Foley and an RBI single from Kevin Walker. Wildfire grabs one in the third off an rbi single from Mark Maria, but Sprouse adds two back in the top of the 4th with a 2 rbi single from Nick Wojtusik. Wildfire gets one more in the bottom of the fourth with a sac fly from Tom Orlando, but Sprouse is relentless and adds more in the fifth. The get two with a Home Run from Eric Gasser to extend the lead to 16-3. Wildfire gets two in the fifth with an rbi from Mark Maria and a solo Home Run from Eric Simonout. Sprouse gets one more in the sixth, and then Wildfire gets 3 across with an rbi double from Dave Archer and Tom Orlando, but its too little too late and Sprouse takes the win.

Dugout Demons vs Birds of War
Dugout Demons start off hot batting around in the first. TJ Pergine knocks in three with a Home Run to start the scoring, then Scott Masules follows it to go back to back. John Wagner gets an rbi single, and then AJ Dejewski keeps the Home Runs going for a two run Home Run. Birds of War answers back with a leadoff triple followed by an rbi single from Jay Cowan and rbi triple from Matt Jacobson. Justin Kneebone knocks Jacobson in with a sac fly and after one, Dugout Demons holds a 7-5 lead. TJ Pergine leads off the second with a solo Home Run but that’s all Dugout Demons gets in the second. Birds of War knocks 4 off singles in the second to bring it in within one and then take the lead in the third with two runs scored. The fourth has Dugout Demons take the lead back, with a TJ Pergine rbi triple and a John Wagner 3 run Home Run. Birds of War answers back with a 2 run inning, with Matt Jacobson and Justin Kneebone knocking in rbis. The fifth sees a scoreless Dugout Demons and then a 3 run Birds of War inning, with a Ryan Mcavery solo Home Run and Tony Daponte 2-run Home Run. The sixth sees Dugout Demons retake the lead with RBI singles from AJ Dejewski and Christian Wagner and we go into the bottom of the sixth at our time limit and Birds of War down by one. Jay Cowan ties the game with one swing and then Scott Chmura knocks in the winning run on an rbi triple.

Philly’s Phinest vs Dead Ringers
Philly’s Phinest scores two in the top of the first with a Rob Phillips rbi double, but Dead Ringers drops 6 in the first with rbi doubles from Jared Saias, Justin Dinardo, and capped by a Eric Katz Home Run. Philly’s Phinest gets two back in the second with a triple from Mike Rocks Jr, but Dead Ringers extends the lead with another big inning, scoring 5 runs highlighted by a Joe Pittman 3 run Home Run. They extend the lead with 4 more in the third highlighted by a triple from Justin Dinardo to bring two in. The fourth sees Philly’s Phinest grab 2 and Dead Ringers answer with one, and then the top of the fifth is where Philly’s Phinest starts making their move, with Mike Rocks Jr knocking two in with a triple and Steve Johnson sending a ball into orbit with a two run Home Run to bring it within 6. They hold them to one run in the bottom of the fifth and scoreless in the sixth to give them a chance, but they can only cross two runs in the top of the seventh and fall short.
Dead Ringers wins 17-12

Hitmen vs Morning Wood
Hitmen start off with a rough inning and two strikeouts, and Morning Wood jumps out to a 5 run lead with a Trevor Rice rbi triple and rbi singles from Bob Stanley and Sebastion Pigott. Hitmen grabs one in the second, but Morning Wood answers with 4 more with 4 singles in a row, with Trevor Harris and Trevor Rice bringing one run in, and back to back doubles to score one each from Tim Frei and Tim Gluck. Morning Wood adds 3 in the 3rd highlighted by a two run Home Run. The fourth sees Morning Wood add two more with an rbi single from Todd Gibson. Hitmen gets three in the 5th, with a solo Home Run from Pat Felicieani and then Morning Wood adds three more in the 5th with two coming from a Trevor Harris single. Hitmen adds 4 in the 6th highlighted by a double from Nick Lang and 2 in the 7th, but its not enough and Morning Wood takes this one easily.
Morning Wood wins 17-10
