Philly’s Phinest VS Birds of War

Birds of War holds Philly’s Phinest scoreless in the first and then take control of the game right in the bottom of the first. Matt Jacobson starts it off with an RBI single, Tom Bush gets an RBI double, Ryan Thompson and Kyle Mason with an rbi single, and then Chris Day and Jay Cowan put explanation point on the inning with a 3 run and 2 run Home Run. Philly’s Phinest is scoreless in the second and Tom Bush and Justin Kneebone add solo Home Runs for Birds of War in the bottom of the second to jump out to a 12-0 lead. Philly’s Phinest gets on the board in the 4th with a two run Home Run from Mike Rocks Jr, but Birds of War grab them right back with an RBI double from Ryan Thompson and rbi from Justin Kneebone. Philly’s Phinest grabs three in the sixth off of a Joe Caprino three run Home Run, but once again Birds of War answers with a 2 run Home Run from Tom Bush, rbi double from Kyle Mason, RBI single from Chris Day, and rbi sac fly from Ryan McAvey.

Philly’s Phinest VS Balls Deep

Now that Philly’s Phinest is warmed up, they start their second game hot right away, with a Kyle Schwarber like solo Home Run from Joe Carpino to start the game. Steve Johnson adds a solo home run and then Ray Rocks scores on an error to get off to a 3 run start. Balls Deep starts off hot too though, getting an rbi single from Tim Gluck, Bob Stanley, and Tim Fossile, then a Casey Condron RBI walk, all before their first out of the game. Will Schulz gets the first out on an rbi sac fly and then Kenny Huber gets a two rbi single to cap the 7 run 1st inning for Balls Deep. Philly’s Phinest keeps the scoring going in the second with a Joe Carpino rbi sac fly and then a Dom Rocks 2 rbi triple, followed by a two run Home Run from Mike Rocks Jr. Philly’s Phinest grabs an 8-7 lead, but it doesn’t last long. Tim Gluck gets a 3 run Home Run, followed by a Nick Carl two run Home Run and then Josh Carl gets an RBI single and Tommy Gallo gets an rbi double to cap the second inning. Philly’s Phinest gets one back when Scott Vogelman scores in the third, but Balls Deep adds to their lead with a Tim Gluck rbi double and Tim Fossile rbi sac fly. Philly’s Phinest gets it close in the fourth, getting two from a 2 run Steve Johnson Home Run, an RBI double from Chris Rommel and RBI single from Chase Rommel to get it within 5. Balls Deep has a scoreless 4th, but Philly’s Phinest cant capitalize and have a scoreless 5th. Balls Deep capitalizes and get an rbi single from Bob Stanley, rbi double from Tim Fossile, two rbi single from Nick Carl, and rbi singles from Will Schulz and Trevor Rice to get 6 in the inning. Philly’s Phinest grabs 3 in the 6th with an RBI single from Steve Johnson and then Johnson scores on an error and Chris Rommel knocks one in on a sac fly. Balls Deep puts it out of reach in the bottom of the sixth though, with an RBI double from Tim Gluck, 2 RBI triple from Bob Stanley and RBI double from Nick Carl. Philly’s Phinest can’t get anything going in the seventh and Balls Deep takes it.
