Game 1: Stiff Sox vs Palz Tap House

Palz Tap House would take an early lead in the top of the 1st after an RBI single by Pete Herbert. Stiff Sox struggled to start the game as they scored 0 runs through the first three innings. Palz Tap House would add two more in the top of the 3rd on an RBI fielder's choice and a homerun by Tommy Jacob to lead 3-0 over Stiff Sox after the third. Stiff Sox would wake up the bats in the bottom of the 4th as they scored five runs on RBI singles by Andrew Bertolino and Matt Brady, RBI double by Blake Margot and a pair of homers by Nick Purshock and Jose Sanchez to take a 5-3 lead over Palz after the fourth. After neither team scoring in the fifth, Palz would score one run in the top of the 6th on an error to pull within one 5-4 after the sixth. Down to their final three outs. Palz needed at least one run to extend the game. Another error by Stiff Sox would tie the game and then a sac fly would give Palz a 6-5 lead. Another error and a two-run homer by James Hildebrand would give Palz a 9-5 lead going into the bottom of the 7th. After two quick outs, Purshock would hit another homer, this time a two-run shot to bring Stiff Sox to within two, but no homers left for Stiff Sox. Stiff Sox would then hit another homer, but it would not count as they were out of them and ends the game. Palz Tap House wins a low scoring contest over Stiff Sox 9-7.

Game 2: Purple Cobras vs One Hit Wonders

Both teams got off to a slow start as neither team scored in the first. One Hit Wonders would go scoreless again in the top of the 2nd. Purple Cobras would take advantage and score six runs in the bottom of the 2nd on an RBI single by Tom Friedman, a run by walk and a grand slam by Jose Villa to take a 6-0 lead after the second. One Hit Wonders would get on the board in the top of the 4th on a three-run homer by Nick Mariana to make it 6-3 Purple Cobras after the fourth. In the bottom of the 5th, Purple Cobras would deliver four more runs on a solo homer by Steve Gardner and another three-run homer by Villa to go up 10-3 after the fifth. Neither team would score in the sixth which brought One Hit Wonders to their last three outs and needing a bunch. After getting a couple on in the top of the 7th, Purple Cobras was able to escape with 0 runs scored and end the game. Two big innings seal the deal for Purple Cobras as they defeated One Hit Wonders 10-3.

Game 3: Pitches Be Trippin vs One Hit Wonders

One Hit Wonders would try to salvage one game of their doubleheader as they faced Pitches Be Trippin. Nick Mariana would get things started in the top of the 1st for One Hit Wonders as he hit a solo homer to take an early 1-0 lead. Pitches Be Trippin would score two runs in the bottom of the 1st on an RBI double by Anthony Perretti and an RBI single by Kris Karaba to take a 2-1 lead after the first. One Hit Wonders would tie the game in the top of the 2nd after scoring one run on an RBI single by Dan Croak. One Hit Wonders would score two more runs in the top of the 4th on an RBI single by Tom O'Neil and a sac fly to take a 4-2 lead. Pitches Be Trippin would answer again in the bottom of the 4th, scoring three runs on a two-run homer by Brendon McCoy and an RBI single by Harry Horn to lead 5-4 after fourth. One Hit Wonders would keep it going as they scored four runs in the top of the 5th on an RBI double by Mariana, RBI single by Andy Springer and an RBI fielder's choice to take an 8-5 lead after the fifth. They would add one more run in the top of the 6th on an RBI single by Jesse Grasso. Pitches Be Trippin got some back in the bottom of the 6th as Karaba and McCoy hit back-to-back homers to score two runs and make it an 9-7 ballgame for One Hit Wonders after the sixth. One Hit Wonders could not add any insurance in the top of the 7th which meant Pitches Be Trippin needed two runs to tie and three to win it in the bottom of the 7th. After a walk and a single, the winning run came to the plate with two outs, but Pitches Be Trippin had no home runs left. A flyout would make the third out and end the game. One Hit Wonders wins a close one 9-7 over Pitches Be Trippin.

Game 4: Doc's vs Pitches Be Trippin

Pitches Be Trippin got the game started with a huge inning as they scored six runs on a three-run homer by Kris Karaba, an RBI single by Harry Horn and a walk as they took an early 6-0 lead over Doc's after the first. Doc's would get on the board in the top of the 2nd after they scored two runs on an RBI sac fly and an RBI single by John Beard. Pitches Be Trippin would score two more runs in the bottom of the 2nd on a two-run homer by Matt Horn to take an 8-2 lead after the second. They would add two more runs in the bottom of the 3rd on a two-run homer by Paul Campoli to take a commanding 10-2 lead after the third. Neither team would score in the 4th, 5th or 6th innings which brought us to the top of the 7th and Doc's down to their final three outs needing at least 8 runs. Kyle Budynkiewcz would hit a leadoff homer to make it 10-3, but then Doc's would go down in order. Pitches Be Trippin defeats Doc's 10-3.
