Game 1: Morning Wood (A) VS. Crankin' Hogs (H)
Recap: Morning Wood came out ready to BUST the scoreboard wide open. These guys laid 6 runs of wood in the 1st inning with the help of the top and middle of the lineup. Crankin' Hogs was able to respond with a single run, but it wasn't enough to doubt the Morning Wooders. They just kept coming. The only innings Morning Wood wasn't able to score in were the 3rd and 5th innings. Crankin' Hogs was able to pull a few rock solid innings together, but weren't able to achieve the load of runs they were looking for. This sword fight ended with a score of 17-9, with Morning Wood as your victor.
Key Players:
Morning Wood: Tim Gluck (4-4 w/ 1 Walk, 2 singles, and 2 dingers - 2 RBI)
Crankin' Hogs: Austin Lucas (3-4 w/ 2 singles and 1 double - 1 RBI)

Game 2: Morning Wood (A) VS. City Lights (H)
Recap:
Morning Wood got right back to it in game 2, letting City Lights have it. Morning wood came out blaring scoring 8 runs in the 1st. City Lights struggled with pitching command earlier, sporting 4 walks in the 1st inning. They did pull it together, only walking 3 more batters the rest of the game. Both teams exchanged blows with the score being 15-12 morning wood after the 5th... Then Morning would pulled away with a vicious dub and a final score of 26-12. Great fight y'all. Come back hard next week!
Key Players:
Morning Wood: Tim Gluck (4-5 w/ 1 single, 1 double, 2 dingers and a SAC Fly - 5 RBI's!)
City Lights: Angelo Scarfallo (3-3 w/ 3 singles - 1 RBI)

Game 3: Goonies (A) VS. City Lights (H):
Recap:
The scoresheets were dancing for The Goonies on Sunday Morning as they blacked out the City Lights with a score of 25 to 10. Goonies scored 4 in the top of the 1st, stunning City Lights 5 singles and triple. City Lights was unable to answer. Goonies went right back to work in the top of the 2nd smashing 3 singles, 3 doubles, 1 triple and a 2-run bomb. This trend continued until City Lights was able to have a rally of their own in the 3rd and 5th innings, plating 10 runs in total. This game wasn't a blowout, but City Lights has some wounds to tend to before coming back into the Octagon this coming Sunday. Great game. Get back to work Sunday!

Goonies: Josh Graef (4-5 w/ 1 double, 1 triple and 2 2-run bombs - 7 RBI's!)
City Lights: Brad Arnold (3-3 w/ 3 nukes - 6 RBI's!)
