Game #1 – Altek vs. Dingers, Doubles and Dives

This game would get started with Altek putting up three runs on a Ryan Hensman RBI double, Brandon Smith fielder’s choice and Jared Taylor RBI double. Altek would continue the hitting in the second inning with seven more runs. Scott Flaherty starts it with an RBI single followed by a bases clearing double from Nick Cataldi and Kevin Cwikla two runs double. This game gets out of hand fast as Altek put up 11 runs across the fifth and sixth inning. Brian Dart would drive in three runs on a two-run homer and sac fly, Brandon Smith would bring in two runs on a solo homer and RBI double, and Chris Lento would bring in one on a single. Altek destroy in this one and win 21-1.

Kevin Cwikla (Altek) - 3/3, 2B, 3 RBI’s




Game #2 – Quality Landscape vs. Altek

The next game gets started the same way as the first game, with Altek coming out swining hot with 12 runs. The inning is led by Ryan Hensman and Brian Dart who each have three run homers in the inning. Quality can only grab two runs in the first inning on a Randy Munn RBI double and error. They would only manage four more runs for the rest of the game after the first inning. The same can’t be said for Altek as they continue to hit the ball well tonight. Chase Hensman would add an RBI double in the second, while Hensman and Dart both have RBI hits in the third. They would close it out with five more runs and mercy this game as well, finishing up a great offensive night.

Game #3 – Quality Landscape vs. Maize

Quality will get the game of the night going in the first with a Ragan McCusker RBI double. Maize will get four runs of their own in the bottom of the inning on a two-run homer from Gary Kleinschmidt and solo homer from Aaron Worthington. Troy Klauder knocked in a run on an RBI single. Both teams will grab a run in the third, which sends us to the fourth. Maize will take a 6-2 lead on an Aaron Worthington RBI double. Quality get two runs in the fifth inning on a solo homer from super sub-Mark Rothenberger and an RBI single from Ragan McCusker. The sixth inning provides some highlights as both teams have big innings. Ragan McCusker brings in two runs on a double and Phil McCusker smashes a two-run homer for Quality as well as Super Sub Mark brings in three runs on a three-run homer. For Maize, they get a two-run homer from Kleinschmidt, and two run singles from Sean O’Connor and Troy Klauder. In the end, it is Maize who will take this game by one, winning 14-13.
